If you find yourself overwhelmed with the extensive menu, calm your nerves with some Japanese Green Tea, order the particularly delicious Miso Soup, and then ponder what you might like to have next. The one dish that requires no deliberation, though, is the Shake no Aburi Sushi. This marinated Norwegian Salmon Sushi, the fat of which is slightly melted before it is brought to the table, is mouthwatering and full of flavor. The menu also offers classic favorites such as California Rolls, Tempura Moriawase (seafood tempura), and Seafood Yakisoba (ramen-style noodles). For an exciting alternate to the standard round-shaped sushi rolls, try the conical-shaped Kanikama Maki (crab stick roll). And if you haven’t already had enough wasabi to satisfy your appetite, end your meal with the unusually delectable Wasabi Ice cream.
